Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt as a proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at furpetsake@petalkcanada.com or Wechat at Petalkcanada. One of our customer representatives will contact you within 48 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Final sale, clearance, discounted and open box item(s) cannot be refunded. Any products that are purchased during promotion period cannot be refunded.
We do not currently process any return via shipping.
Any returns are subject to a minimum of $5 of processing fee.
Petalk reserves all the rights for final explanation.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Final sale, clearance, discounted and open box item(s) cannot be refunded.
Any products that are purchased during promotion period cannot be refunded.
